Champion customer needs and pain points through interview analysis, market research, competitive intelligence, analyst engagement, and sales-team engagement Create positioning and messaging frameworks for products, personas, and features Develop persona-specific messaging for demand generation, SDR, sales, and channel partners Produce sales collateral including playbooks, sales plays, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive analysis Build and drive product launch strategies and plans with Product Management, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success Develop content strategy with Demand Generation to support pipeline goals Produce blogs, whitepapers, webpages, demos, videos, collateral, and campaigns Develop and implement best practices and frameworks to improve product marketing outcomes Requirements View the written word and narrative as craft, not something to outsource to LLMs Built or helped build product marketing as a function from scratch within a fast-paced startup environment Ability to turn deeply technical capabilities into buyer-relevant value propositions Strong product marketing experience for LLMs, AI agents, developer tools, APIs, or technical products Proven track record of owning launches end-to-end in a fast-paced environment Experience working with and guiding senior partners to launch new products, features, and programs Excel at cross-functional collaboration Strong storytelling skills and experience crafting compelling narratives Willingness to write, record, and publish content personally Strong product marketing background working on technical products that directly influence company growth Ability to represent the voice of the customer and distill actionable product roadmap recommendations from customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product marketing, particularly for technical products such as LLMs and APIs, with a strong focus on customer engagement, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
