Relationship Manager - Hybrid

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and provide support.  Apply today! salary: $28 - $28.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Develope Client Relationships while ensuring Client Satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) results.

• Work with a more complex client base to plan distributions accurately and efficiently for shareholder base.

• Provide updates to clients regarding mailing status, voting, and other inquiries and issues that may arise.

• Appropriately communicate and escalate external client concerns in a timely manner.

• Update and monitor internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each campaign.

• Understand key business drivers; use this understanding to solve problems and advise clients accordingly.

• Effectively participate in or lead projects designed to improve client satisfaction increase efficiencies.

• Use and create departmental procedures and participate in the annual review process to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of each procedure.

• Will be expected to work more independently requiring moderate levels of guidance.
