Summary

The Warehouse Fulfillment Coordinator assists with the daily operations of the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receives, inspects and assembles all equipment; reports any defected equipment
Fills orders for supplies and equipment as approved
Prepares supplies and equipment for delivery
Completes daily inventory reports and submits to management
Tracks all equipment in inventory system
Follows inventory control measures through min/max process
Maintains the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
Ensures that all paperwork is properly executed
Assists with loading for disbursement
Delivers and services products as needed
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Full range of body motion, including handling and lifting up to 50 pounds, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination under a variety of conditions
Vision and hearing corrected within normal range
Standing and walking for extensive periods of times
Possible exposure to medicinal preparations, communicable diseases and body fluids
