Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to determine their needs for additional services and make appropriate recommendations for further care.

• Collaborating with the clinical team to evaluate service effectiveness and improve program outcomes.

• Maintaining open and constructive communication with management by discussing case reviews and addressing clinical or staffing issues in regular meetings with the program director.

• Overseeing the daily operations of behavioral health therapists, including assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

• Documenting clinical productivity and outcomes effectively to uphold program standards and facilitate continuous improvement.

• Participating actively in quality assurance initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.

You will focus on supporting clients dealing with behavioral and psychiatric conditions, particularly those in need of detox and recovery services. Compensation and Benefits\n
