Job Summary The RetailMarketingManager leads the development and execution of retailmarketingstrategy across New HollandPub and Cocktail & Bottle Barlocations.Owns loyalty programming to grow the size and avg spend of our most loyal customers.Partnerswith Retail Operations, Brand, Digital, and Innovationteams,ensuresthe retail brand experience is cohesive, engaging, and reflective of New Holland’s identity.Willassistour Director of Retail Operations with setting and achieving our annual financial goals through insight,strategyand programming, executed by the Retail Operations Teams.Usescustomer data, trends, social insights, and retail performance to refine strategy and improve outcomes. Own RetailMarketingStrategyto Deliver Foot Traffic: Define and stewardretail positioning,programming, loyalty,customer segmentation,advertising,trade area strengthto driverevenue, traffic, loyalty, frequency, and brand consistency. LoyaltyGrowth: Ownloyalty program s, programming and analysis to grow recency, frequency, spend and lifetimevaluefor our spaces and brands. InfluenceCross ‑ FunctionalRetail Execution: Partner with Retail Operations, Digital, Brand, and Innovation teams to align and deliverrevenue-drivingretail initiatives through influence and collaboration. LeadBrand ‑ AlignedContent and Messaging Direction: Lead retail contentand execution strategy across social, direct marketing, andguest ‑ facingchannels to increasefoot traffic, visit frequency,visibility, engagement, and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and act in alignment with New Holland’s Mission, Vision, and Values Lead annual retail marketing strategy to drive revenue, traffic, loyalty, and awareness Define and steward retaillocationidentityandguest ‑ facingcommunications, partnering to deliver a vision for each space. Develop and execute promotional campaigns, programs, events, partnerships, andothertactics that drive traffic, check lift, and guest experience (NPS) Lead loyalty and event programming to increase frequency, foot traffic, check avg, and lifetime value. Leadbrand ‑ alignedcontent, influencer, and UGC strategy across social and direct channels with internal and external partners Analyze customer insights and retail performance while managing and balancing retail marketing budgets across media, partnerships, technology, and print Required Qualifications 5+years’ experiencein retail marketing,loyalty marketing,or hospitality-focused marketing leadership Ability to lead teams, influence partners, and manage complex initiatives Strong communication, planning, andcustomer ‑ centricstorytelling skills Proficiencywith marketing toolsand technology, design tools, and data interpretation Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects in fasta ‑ pacedenvironment We strive to create an inclusive environment.
