About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Group Account Lead with a focus on Speaker Bureau and Peer-to-Peer Engagement programs. The successful candidate will be a strategic, client-facing leader with a proven track record in compliant HCP engagement, operational excellence, and the ability to drive high-impact omnichannel speaker strategies across various therapeutic areas. This role demands a seasoned professional who can serve as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical and biotech clients, leading integrated teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and measurable speaker bureau solutions that align with brand objectives throughout the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities for the VP include client leadership, strategic partnership, and oversight of speaker bureau strategy. The role also involves team leadership and development, financial management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years' of experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical marketing, or a healthcare agency environment, with deep expertise in speaker bureau and peer-to-peer programs. A strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance frameworks is essential, as is a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. The VP will be expected to have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and a background in therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, cardiology, or rare disease is preferred.
