The position requires evening shifts from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with every other weekend included.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist who is experienced in various blood collection techniques including straight needle sticks, butterfly sticks, and capillary draws. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in blood banking as well.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws using various techniques
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory protocols during the blood collection process
• Accurately label and process blood samples
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Proven phlebotomy experience
• PA Child Abuse Clearance (required)
• COVID vaccination required, with medical/religious accommodations accepted
