Account Services/Client Management Director

Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with CareBridge's services Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams for program services implementation Lead resolution of complex client issues and escalations Partner with operations, clinical, legal, IT, and finance teams Forecast and track key operational and financial metrics Develop data-driven presentations and deliver strategic recommendations to clients Develop and maintain relationships with managed care organization leadership Perform site visits Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews Serve as a trusted advisor across multiple health plan markets Drive growth by expanding existing client solutions Support CareBridge's Decision Support solution through data analytics, financial insights, and executive-level client engagement Requirements BA/BS degree and minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proven leadership experience in healthcare or healthcare consulting preferred Strong relationship and account management skills Significant client-facing experience with executive-level stakeholders Consulting experience Experience with value-based care Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations Experience supporting health plans, managed care organizations, Medicaid and/or Medicare programs, or payer-provider partnerships Hands‑on analytical experience and ability to synthesize data into PowerPoint presentations and client‑ready reports Ability to present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders Ability to use financial and operational data to influence business decisions Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, adaptability, and ability to navigate cross‑functional organizations while managing multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word Professional presence Ability to attend required in-person training sessions and remain within reasonable commuting distance of a posting location unless accommodation is granted Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in client relationship management, strategic consulting, and data‑driven decision‑making within the healthcare sector.
