Relationship Manager

Title: Digital Beauty Advisor - Community Manager Industry: Beauty Location: New York, NY Duration: 12 months Responsibilities Serve as a Digital Beauty Advisor across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and X, engaging with consumers, fans, followers, and creators while meeting response-time and quality standards. Manage public-facing customer care channels, including social media, ratings and reviews, and Q&A; provide personalized responses, recommendations, and product guidance. Escalate critical complaints, document product issues and consumer feedback, and communicate insights to support product, customer experience, and content strategies. Support product seeding and gifting programs by sourcing relevant talent, managing outreach and shipping through the Hatteras platform, troubleshooting issues, and reporting results. Monitor platform trends, consumer sentiment, CRM and survey data, and process improvement opportunities; participate in trainings and provide schedule flexibility, including weekends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of social media engagement experience; customer service experience preferred. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, with exceptional writing, communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills. Customer-focused mindset with a strong interest in beauty, fashion, and/or lifestyle brands. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, adaptable, resourceful, responsive, and willing to work outside standard business hours, including weekends; proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
