We're seeking a customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, support our technicians, and ensure our customers receive top-tier service. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and great at problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
- Manage daily schedules and dispatch service technicians efficiently.
- Coordinate return service visits when parts arrive.
- Maintain the on-call schedule and keep customer records up to date.
- Communicate clearly with technicians, managers, and customers.
- Review, resolve, and close service tickets.
- Pre-call customers and route service calls effectively.
- Report any field issues to the Service Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service updates.
Pay & Schedule:
- Competitive Pay $55,000-$65,000 annually
- Work Location: On-site only
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 9 AM 6 PM. One Saturday per month, 7:30 AM 2 PM. Overtime Available, with commission from overtime shifts

- Experience in customer service or dispatching.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required).
- A positive, customer-first attitude with a focus on teamwork.
