Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in Child and Family team meetings to exchange insights, collaborate on treatment strategies, and ensure a cohesive approach to care.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, provide treatment updates, and prepare discharge reports—all while adhering to established agency documentation timelines.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality by diligently managing and securing client records and sensitive information.
\n
• Utilize your expertise to accurately diagnose a range of issues affecting children and adolescents, offering appropriate clinical interventions.

• Design and implement effective treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs of children and adolescents, thus promoting their mental health and personal development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a variety of challenges including behavioral issues, family dynamics, and emotional disturbances. Your ability to understand and respond to the nuanced needs of young clients will be critical in helping them navigate through their difficulties and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working directly with clients in a therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmental theories, personality development, human motivation, and the treatment of abnormal behavior.
