Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Worthington, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys managing financial records, maintaining accuracy, and supporting day-to-day business operations.


The Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping transactions
  
  
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  
  
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  
  
• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger
  
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  
  
• Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations
  
  
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on collections as needed
  
  
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures
  
  
• Support payroll processing and related recordkeeping
  
  
• Maintain organized financial documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
  
  
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
