Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,601-$1,660 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12-hour nights Start date: 07/06/2026 Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to ER patients, including triage, initial assessment, continuous monitoring, and stabilization of acute conditions Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and assist with emergent procedures according to physician orders Document care in the electronic health record and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly to deteriorations or emergencies Support discharge planning, patient and family education, and coordination with ancillary services Requirements Active California RN license BLS certification required ER experience (3 years) strongly preferred Ability to work the 16:00–04:30 night shift in a high-acuity ER environment Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and meet onboarding requirements Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program Benefits and Support On-call recruiter and 24/7 travel support Credentialing and onboarding coordination Assignment support throughout the contract Potential extension opportunities Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
