Dealership Admin Assistant Bilingual Spanish/English

In your role as a Dealership Administrative Assistant, you will create a world-class automotive retail experience by being the first contact to greet guests over the phone or in person. You will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet guests in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide assistance to other departments as needed. 

What you'll be working on:

• Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort


• Provide necessary information to guests


• Deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions


• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process


• Assist various departments with special projects as needed

What you need to bring to the table:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills


• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required


• Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment


• Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision


• Commitment to an excellent guest experience - on the phone/email and in the store


• Strong technical aptitude and ability


• Must be punctual with solid time-management skills


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, DMV check required

Salary: $18.45-$30.00/hour

*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
