What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care for high-acuity newborns in a Level III NICU setting with 10 beds
• Support care for newborns in a 20-bed nursery, collaborating with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Manage care for infants requiring intensive monitoring and support during stabilization and discharge
• Participate in structured shift schedules, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care in a community-focused hospital environment

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia or ability to obtain
• Neonatal certification (preferred but not required)
• Prior experience in neonatal or intensive care nursing preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
