Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will support daily payroll operations and help ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for union and non-union employees. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional who manages competing priorities effectively and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Process weekly union and non-union payroll using CMiC. Collect timesheets and all necessary paperwork to process timely payroll. Review and verify timesheets with employees and management personnel. Gather and compile data for union reports as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports. Process garnishments and new hire paperwork including I-9s, W-4s, etc. Assist employees with payroll related questions and solve discrepancies when needed. Perform other tasks as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of payroll experience. Experience with construction industry payroll processing a plus. Union and non-union experieince is preferred, not required. Knowledge of CMiC preferred but not required. Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office. Able to learn new programs quickly. Who Are We Looking For?
