Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Role Description
- Coordinate with Client for Oracle Technical requirements / Customizations
- Provide Weekly status updates
- Present Weekly status Report to the client
- Set up Oracle Technical configurations
- Coordinate and work with Team
- Training - Develop Oracle Training material and conduct Oracle cloud Technical Training sessions for client resources as required
- DEV - Configure Oracle Technical environments and perform unit Testing
- SIT - Coordinate and conduct SIT
- UAT - Help conduct UAT and Coordinate issue resolution
Qualifications
- 10 + years of consulting or industry experience
- Experience developing and implementing and configuring Oracle Technical Customizations
- Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Technical Fast Formulas
- Ability to develop new interfaces and maintain existing interfaces
- Ability to develop new Reports and maintain existing Reports
- Ability to interact with business and drive new requirements
- Excellent client interaction and communication skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients
- Should be able to communicate to the end users effectively providing expert consulting of the application where needed
- Work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration experience
