Associate Attorney

Overview Trademark & Contracts Attorney (High-Volume Practice) Mobile General Counsel is seeking a detail-oriented, efficient attorney with strong experience in federal trademark law, contract drafting, and client management. This role requires someone who can manage a high-volume trademark docket, meet deadlines consistently, and deliver precise work with fast turnaround times. Responsibilities Prepare and file federal trademark applications with the USPTO Draft and research substantive Office Action responses Manage 150–550+ active trademark matters at a time Conduct clearance searches and provide risk analysis Draft and review contracts (service agreements, licensing agreements, independent contractor agreements, NDAs, and other business agreements) Communicate strategy, timelines, and expectations clearly to clients Maintain organized docketing and strict compliance with filing deadlines Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless client delivery Qualifications Demonstrated USPTO trademark experience, including substantive Office Action responses Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously High attention to detail and strong research skills To Apply Email the following to View email address on click.appcast.io with the subject line: Trademark & Contracts Attorney Application Include: Resume A writing sample of a researched Office Action response you personally drafted A contract you drafted A list of legal tech tools you are proficient in (e.g., docketing systems, trademark search tools, contract management software, AI tools, etc.) Serious applicants only.
