Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborating with clients to create structured, individualized treatment plans that outline goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.

• Facilitating various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to client preferences and needs.

• Actively participating in case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights that inform the development and adjustment of treatment strategies.

• Staying current with emerging mental health trends, research, and best practices in therapy to enrich the therapeutic experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will service a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from varied backgrounds. You will encounter a multitude of presenting issues ranging from marital distress, parenting challenges, relational conflicts to anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients from different walks of life will be essential in fostering a strong therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted Clinical License (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Able to work autonomously while also contributing to team collaboration effectively.
