The ideal candidate has prior experience in customer service and cash handling, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating positive guest experiences. PrimaryResponsibilities Greet andassistall customers with purchases, questions, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner. Accurately process transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments,in accordance withcompany policies. Understand and adhere to all guidelinesregardingrestricted-sale items. Follow all cash handling, balancing, andloss preventionprocedures. Maintain current knowledgeofpropertyshows, promotions, and upcoming events, as well as local area attractions. Label, stock, rotate, and inventory merchandise asrequired. Maintain awareness of inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership. Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Consistently provide excellent customer service that reflects the World Equestrian Center brand standards. Performadditionaljob-related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Previousexperience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems preferred. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexible availability.
