We offer a collaborative culture, real career growth, and benefits that invest in your future.What You'll Do:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client accounting records, including journal entries for payroll, payments, expenses, and accruals, as well as the processing and review of accounts payable invoices.Deliver responsive client service by recording and analyzing transactions, preparing reconciliations, and assembling detailed financial workpaper packages.Prepare and review cash reports to support effective cash management.Process client payments via wire transfers and checks, ensuring proper authorization and accuracy.Maintain and update client and investor banking and wiring instructions across multiple entities.Prepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports, including completion and review of bank reconciliations.Assist with the coordination and preparation of annual tax packages and supporting schedules.Manage semi-monthly payroll processing through third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.What We're Looking For:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.2+ years of bookkeeping or staff accounting experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).Why GPFS?Strong training plans and materials provided.CPA Reimbursement Program to support your career.Competitive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance.Company-Paid Life Insurance & 401(k).Generous PTO, Sick Time & Paid Holidays.Hybrid Scheduling after probation period.Inclusive, team-oriented culture where people come first.At GPFS, every voice matters and every win is shared.
