Step into a rewarding role as a Special Education professional supporting K-8 students in the Cleveland, OH area. This contract opportunity runs through the end of May 2026 and features a truly flexible, hybrid schedule—work from home on Mondays and Fridays, with in-person presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays across schools in Midtown, Woodland Hills, and Glenville.

You’ll focus on impactful case management for students with various disabilities across one school location, managing up to 100 Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) annually. The position is designed for specialists who excel in IEP writing, facilitating IEP meetings, and performing full administrative responsibilities, without classroom lead teaching demands. Proficiency with the Same Goal IEP platform is essential.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Intense)
• Experience with case management and IEP administration in K-8 settings
• Deep understanding of special education compliance requirements
• Familiarity with the Same Goal IEP management system
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for liaising with families and educational staff
• Ability to independently handle full IEP caseloads and associated responsibilities
• Candidates must hold a standard Intervention Specialist license—emergency credentials and sponsorships not accepted

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Writing and updating IEPs and ensuring compliance with state/federal mandates
• Facilitating and leading IEP meetings
• Taking on full case management and administrative responsibilities (no lead classroom teaching)
