Accounts Payable Clerk

Overview:
A stable and well-established manufacturing company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their close-knit accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in accounting within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and prepare checks
Assist with account reconciliations and payroll journal entries
Answer incoming calls and support general office tasks
Opportunity to learn EDI transactions over time

Qualifications:

Interest in accounting and working with numbers
Basic Excel skills; accounting degree is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented personality
