What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient care for a full patient census, managing 20-30 patients daily
• Admit patients into the hospital, collaborating with ICU and specialty units
• Cross-cover hospital patients during evening and night shifts (6p–6a)
• Accept admissions strictly during designated hours, with backup coverage during additional shifts
• Document patient assessments and treatment plans in Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with ICU team and other hospital staff to ensure quality care
• Support hospital staff with patient safety, safety plans, and discharge planning

What You Need

• AZ medical license or IMLC LOQ
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based experience
• ACLS certification
• DEA registration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
