Outside Sales Representative – Construction Technology Solutions DC/Maryland Metro Area Full-Time | Base: $50K | OTE: $100+ | Uncapped Commission Are you a hunter who thrives on closing deals and crushing sales goals? RPG Squarefoot Solutions is hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in the Baltimore/MD market. We’re looking for a self-starter with B2B sales experience and a proven track record of winning new business—especially in construction tech, equipment, or industrial solutions. If you live for the thrill of the chase, can sell value with confidence, and love helping clients find the right tools to do their best work—this is your next big move.
