As the Proposal Manager, you'll oversee all proposal activities, including directing proposal personnel, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, and monitoring the progress of the proposal. You'll partner with the Capture Manager to integrate the win strategy and solution into a proposal structured for compliance and ease of evaluation. You'll also develop and execute a review plan for interim and final reviews of technical, management, and cost proposals. We'll rely on you to coordinate, assemble, check and/or schedule administrative functions in support of the production of assigned proposals. Responsibilities Oversee all proposal activities, including directing proposal personnel. Manage proposal schedules and deadlines, monitoring progress. Partner with the Capture Manager to integrate the win strategy and solution into a structured, compliant proposal. Develop and execute a review plan for interim and final reviews of technical, management, and cost proposals. Coordinate, assemble, check, and schedule administrative functions supporting proposal production. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Ability to articulate examples of successfully managing winning proposals related to the company’s business. Highly proficient knowledge of missions, products, and technologies including current and future applications. Clearance Requirements Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship required.
