- Salary Salary: $45,000 annually - Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and communications - Respond to client questions and service requests - Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs - Conduct client check-ins and account reviews - Support onboarding and account management activities - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction - Maintain CRM records and reporting - Handle inside sales consisting of 1-5 seat deals only - Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or client relations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM systems - Professional and customer-focused attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
