Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist at Touchstone Wellness, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to establish treatment goals and necessary interventions.

• Creating and coordinating comprehensive care plans while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to mental health treatment.

• Providing individual, family, or group psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and models.

• Maintaining accurate treatment plan documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Building strong therapeutic alliances with clients to foster trust and encourage engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Liaising with community resources and agencies to support clients in accessing necessary services and resources.

• Advocating for clients in various settings while planning for dispositional needs and potential transitions in care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California, enabling legal practice.
