Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team at our prestigious fine dining restaurant in Las Vegas. As a Pakistani and English speaking candidate you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and showcase your culinary talents from both cultures. Key Responsibilities Develop unique dessert menus that incorporate traditional Pakistani flavors while also incorporating modern techniques and presentation styles. Manage all aspects of the pastry kitchen including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and overseeing food cost control. Train, mentor, and supervise pastry team members to ensure consistency in recipes and plating techniques. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create cohesive menus that complement the savory dishes. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented according to restaurant standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked kitchen at all times. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting. Extensive knowledge of Pakistani cuisine as well as European pastry techniques. Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu/Hindi. Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
