Director of Recruiting

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support the growth of a dynamic organization, the full-time remote Director of Recruiting will be responsible for recruiting new agent producers and field managers, assisting them in understanding growth opportunities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Key responsibilities: Assist potential agents and field sales managers in recognizing growth and success opportunities with the organization Become an expert in the organization's operations and navigate its systems to support new agents effectively Maintain communication with all agents to facilitate efficient onboarding and perform additional assigned duties Required qualifications: High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may substitute for education Three or more years of experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with common software applications
