Kinetic - Field Account Executive I

About this Role Kinetic is seeking a driven Field Account Executive I to fuel business growth within our local communities. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to small and midsize businesses, providing industry-leading Kinetic products and services that keep them connected and competitive. We set you up for success from Day 1 with comprehensive training, a dedicated customer base, and a consistent flow of qualified leads. What You’ll Do Prospect Engagement: Actively engage with prospective business clients daily to build rapport and generate new sales within your assigned market. Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet specific business needs. Sales Performance: Excel in a high-energy, performance-driven environment where exceptional customer service leads to high-volume results. Territory Growth: Manage a designated territory, utilizing provided leads and self-prospecting techniques to hit and exceed monthly targets. (Sales experience is a significant plus, but we prioritize a passion for relationship building and results). Education: College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (4+ years) required.
