Your Responsibilities

* Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging our unique platform and your personal network

* Reach out to potential candidates, enlightening them about MLR opportunities and assessing their interests

* Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth assessments

* Follow up with leads to sustain engagement and assist in their hiring journey

* Keep our applicant tracking system updated and accurate

* Earn commission for meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your referrals
