Role Overview: As a Scheduling Coordinator at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients to ensure the highest quality of service. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with caregivers to build effective schedules and maintain positive relationships with clients. Whether you work on-site in Clayton, Ohio, you’ll contribute to a culture where individuals feel valued, supported, and understood. Key Responsibilities: Effectively establish a rapport with caregivers and clients. Create and maintain caregiver schedules and database. Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans and caregiver availability. Contact care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes. Manage client services as outlined in agreements and care plans. Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in using scheduling software and databases. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change. Experience in a caregiving environment is a plus. Bonus If You: Have experience in a scheduling or coordinator role. Are fluent in a second language. Have a background in home care or health services. Employment Type & Availability: This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday with mandatory paid on-call.
