JOB DESCRIPTION

\n

JOB TITLE: Sales and Product Specialist

\n

DEPARTMENT: Sales Pay: From $85,000.00 per year plus bonus / commission

\n

POSITION SUMMARY

\n

Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory by developing

\n

and supporting reseller partners, managing sales opportunities, and providing product demonstrations,

\n

training, and technical expertise throughout the sales process.

\n

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

1. Drive sales and revenue growth within the assigned territory by supporting reseller partners,

\n

managing sales opportunities, increasing brand awareness, and expanding vhf’s market presence.

\n

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners and their sales teams to

\n

increase product knowledge, strengthen sales positioning, support customer opportunities, and

\n

grow sales within the territory.

\n

3. Manage and support sales opportunities in coordination with reseller partners, including

\n

opportunity follow-up, joint sales calls, product demonstrations, quote preparation, and support

\n

throughout the sales process. This includes answering product questions and providing guidance

\n

with respect to the sales process, product application, and limited technical issues.

\n

4. Train and support reseller sales teams on vhf products, applications, competitive positioning,

\n

and key selling points through in-person and virtual training.

\n

5. Provide product demonstrations and training to dental professionals and end-users on vhf

\n

milling machines and software. Training may be conducted on-site or virtually.

\n

6. Provide limited first-line troubleshooting related to vhf equipment and CAM software. Escalate

\n

service, repair, and advanced technical issues to the appropriate technical support personnel when

\n

necessary.

\n

7. Manage territory activity and maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, reseller activity,

\n

demonstrations, customer interactions, and other key sales activities using company-designated

\n

systems and reporting tools.

\n

8. Represent vhf within the assigned territory through reseller sales meetings, local events, trade

\n

shows, customer visits, co-travel with reseller representatives, and other sales activities as

\n

needed. Representation at trade shows and events outside of the territory may be required from

\n

time to time.

\n

9. Other duties as required

6. Strong aptitude to comprehend, apply and explain relevant clinical dental treatments and workflows

\n

and corresponding CAD/CAM applications and solutions

7. Business acumen

9. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to effectively manage a multi-

state territory.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

\n

1. Prior sales, sales support, territory management, or business development experience.

\n

2. Prior CNC or CAD/CAM experience.

\n

3. Dental office or dental laboratory experience (e.g. Dental Assistant, Certified Dental Technician).

\n

4. Experience with technical equipment, software, product demonstrations, and training.

\n

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

\n

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

\n

2. Technical degree (vocational school or associate degree) or five years of experience in the field or

\n

a related area.

\n

3. Valid driver’s license.

\n
