Desired Experience and Skills:

• Active license as an SLPA or SLP in Massachusetts
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students as delegated by the lead SLP
• Assist in implementing therapy plans and individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress
• Communicate with teachers, staff, and families regarding program goals and student progress
• Support the main SLP in managing student caseload efficiently
