Administrative Assistant 1Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break) The Administrative Assistant 1 will provide administrative support to an individual, a small team or department. We seek a versatile professional who will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.Responsibilities:Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources.Enter routine data into standard forms and templates, and file and archive paper and electronic documents.Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.Perform routine administrative work within established procedures.Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalentZero years of related work experience.Preferred Qualifications:1+ year experience in administrative assistant duties.Log bills of lading into SAP system. Preferred SAP experience. Training will be with administrative assistant onsite. Must be able to work onsite.
