Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager, Customer Care based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Some work from home is acceptable. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day customer service operations, manage customer inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and ensure top-notch client satisfaction. They will lead a team of customer care representatives, monitor performance, and implement strategies to enhance service quality. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
