Sales Consultant, Foot & Ankle - (St. Louis, MO) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot & Ankle products in St. Louis to drive growth within an assigned territory. The role involves building clinical relationships with surgeons, managing product expertise, supporting surgical cases, and achieving sales targets for the DePuy Synthes orthopaedics portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build expertise in foot & ankle product portfolio and competitive landscape
• Develop new accounts and expand sales with existing customers in assigned territory
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of DePuy Synthes products
• Provide intraoperative support and case coverage for surgeons and residents
• Collaborate with regional sales manager on territory business planning and strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years experience
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in foot & ankle, trauma, or orthopedics (alternative qualification)
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in hospital settings
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel as needed
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and business acumen
• Must pass background investigation including driving record review
