Upper Extremities Sales Representative - St. Louis, MO

Field-based sales representative position selling upper extremities surgical products to surgeons and healthcare facilities in the St. Louis area. The role requires building clinical expertise, managing product inventory, and driving sales through consultative relationships with operating room personnel.

Responsibilities

• Sell upper extremities products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in assigned territory
• Develop expert product knowledge and competitive market awareness to advise customers
• Manage and maintain product inventory for immediate availability during consultations
• Provide product training and support during operating room procedures
• Attend sales meetings and professional association events as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years combined clinical healthcare and sales experience
• 3+ years sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales control systems
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases
• Comfort working in operating room and emergency environments
• Ability to maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital systems
• Compliance knowledge and ethical integrity in healthcare sales

Compensation: $50,000 base/draw plus commission and eligible bonuses
