Sales Representative I, Spine - St Louis, MO

Medtronic seeks a Sales Representative I to sell spinal implants and related technologies across an assigned territory in the St. Louis region. This field-based role involves managing inventory, covering accounts, soliciting orders, and supporting surgical cases while working alongside senior sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage consignment and loaner inventory while minimizing non-usage and flight usage
• Provide territory case coverage and manage assigned accounts
• Solicit orders from existing and prospective customers for spinal products
• Prepare call reports and maintain customer records per district manager instructions
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities and resolve customer complaints

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 4+ years sales/clinical/medical device experience, or associate's degree plus 2+ years relevant experience, or bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
• Ability to travel and work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
• Orthopaedic, spine, or operating room experience strongly preferred
• Capacity to interact effectively with diverse professionals in clinical environments
