WorkSmart Systems is seeking an Accounting Specialist (Payroll Tax Accountant) to manage payroll tax processes for clients and co-employees across multiple states. You will ensure accurate filing, reporting, and payment of payroll taxes, and process W-2s for over 18,000 co-employees. Responsibilities include setting up new client tax registrations in PrismHR, preparing state payroll tax returns, reconciling tax data, and communicating with state tax agencies to resolve issues while maintaining #J-18808-Ljbffr
