Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Additional education in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of customer service, inside sales, or order entry experience Experience in a B2B manufacturing, industrial, distribution, HVAC, plumbing, automation, or related environment preferred Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent phone, email, and customer communication abilities Job Duties Enter, process, and confirm customer purchase orders and stock requests Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and technical inquiries Support sales and customer service activities for valves, actuators, and related products Coordinate with warehouse personnel and international teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Track shipments and resolve delivery concerns Process Returns Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and warranty claims Maintain accurate customer records within ERP and CRM systems Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Communicate technical information clearly to customers of varying backgrounds "Enjoyed working here.
