Available Shifts:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Thursday | $17.50/hour

Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Thursday | $19.00/hour

Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Friday-Sunday | $19.25/hour

Location: Lockbourne, OH (about 15 minutes south of Columbus)

We are seeking Warehouse Associates to join a growing team in a brand-new distribution facility. In this role, you'll help fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing lightweight baby products, including clothing, bottles, pacifiers, accessories, and other infant care items.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using pick sheets
• Accurately pack and verify orders before shipment
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Perform inventory and order selection tasks
• Maintain quality, productivity, and accuracy standards
• Follow warehouse safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, fulfillment, or retail experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and consistent work history
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
