Communication Arts Office Assistant (Spring 2026) Position Title: Communication Arts Office Assistant (Spring 2026) Academic Year: 2025-2026 Position Summary The Student Assistant for Communication Arts provides multifaceted support to the Communication Arts Department. Essential Functions General office assistance. Typing. Running errands through out the university campus. Check in/check out equipment. Assist with social media efforts and event planning. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to communicate both verbally and written. Knowledge of Adobe Suite. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Social Media Platforms. WordPress and website experience. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures. Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA. Required Education Current full‑time UIW Communication Arts student. Required Work Experience None. Preferred Qualifications None. Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations None. Work Hours Flexible work hours Monday – Friday. Physical Demands May be required to sit for extended periods and may need to lift items up to 25 lbs.
