Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing your experience to analyze clients’ psychological needs and strengths.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
