Night Audit/Front Desk

Part-Time Night Auditor Holiday Inn Express – Plattsburgh, NY Holiday Inn Express is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor(10pm - 6am) to join our Front Desk team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently overnight while providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during overnight hours Check guests in and out of the hotel Process reservations, payments, and guest account transactions Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests Complete nightly audit and end-of-day procedures Review and balance daily transactions Verify room charges, payments, and guest accounts for accuracy Complete and distribute required nightly reports Prepare the hotel system for the next business day Address guest concerns and resolve issues when possible Monitor hotel activity and help maintain a safe and secure environment Communicate important information to the morning Front Desk team Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk and lobby area Follow hotel and IHG policies, procedures, and brand standards Assist with other hotel duties as needed during overnight hours Qualifications Previous hotel, front desk, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred, but not required Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently overnight Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle guest information appropriately Schedule Part-time position Overnight shift (10pm-6am) Weekend and holiday availability may berequired Approximately 3-4 shifts per week, depending on hotel needs Schedule may vary based on business needs What We Offer Employee hotel discounts Training provided Supportive team environment Opportunity to gain experience in hotel operations and advance within the company Holiday Inn Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
