Description

• Conduct evaluations of patients in either an inpatient or outpatient environment and curate personalized treatment plans
• Implement targeted physical therapy interventions focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and various rehab professionals to enhance patient outcomes
• Inform patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge protocols, and prescribed home exercises

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications
