About Our Agency: I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas, and today I balance life with my wife, our three kids, and enjoying the outdoors and farm life. Before opening my own State Farm agency 7 years ago, I worked for another agent in central Arkansas and even spent time as a welder—experiences that taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and teamwork. Our agency has grown into a strong, full-time team of 12. We have a friendly, laidback culture where we work hard and play hard, and when the agency wins, the team wins. Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Administrative office tasks, including but not limited to taking payments, researching billing issues, answering calls, quoting coverage changes and following up on payments and cancellations.
• Completing policy reviews and underwriting requests.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Continuously looking for sales opportunities in the conversations had on a daily basis.

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Highland Park Shopping Center.
• Our office is open 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
• We have 10 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
