Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment processes adhering to regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team for comprehensive evaluation of client needs.
\n
• Develop and implement positive behavioral support plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams, adapting strategies based on client progress.
\n
• Engage in the organization’s licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to maintaining high-quality standards.
\n
• Serve as a reliable liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems, fostering relationships that enhance service access for clients.

• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to uphold the organization’s mission and to facilitate community connections.

• Establish partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs and secure potential alliances and funding sources.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency in relevant meetings and committees.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to further enhance clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will involve working with a diverse clientele that includes individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges, those in recovery from substance use, and those living with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current independent LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
