ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 1996 and has grown into a strong team of six who work together to serve our customers and community. Before opening the agency, I worked for State Farm corporate and spent time in three different regional offices, gaining valuable experience that helped shape the way I lead and support our team today.

I'm a graduate of Clemson University, where I completed both my undergraduate and master's degrees. Being involved in the community is very important to me, and our agency stays actively connected with local schools and community initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Ken Rowland - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
